In Routt County, LiftUp is the only administrator of critical government assistance programs. Case Workers will work with you to ensure you are receiving the benefits that you qualify for.
The Emergency Food Assistance Program (TEFAP) – helps supplement the diets of low-income Americans, including seniors, by providing them with emergency food and nutrition assistance at no cost.
The EverGreen Box/The Everday Eats Program (formerly known as the Commodity Supplemental Food Program -CSFP) – Designed specifically to support the aging population, these boxes provide necessary nutrition for senior citizens in Routt County.
In 2022, we served 2,985 boxes of USDA food staples to Routt County neighbors.
