The Hope Collective - Monthly Giving Program
Joining our monthly giving program, The Hope Collective, creates predicable revenue for our food banks and assistance programs and makes you a regular, important part of our mission! A collective is defined as a group that shares, or is motivated by, at least one common issue or interest. We are all invested in providing assistance and LiftUp to our neighbors and children in need!

“Volunteers do not necessarily have the time; they just have the heart.” ~Elizabeth Andrew
LiftUp reaches 1 in 10 Routt County neighbors every year, and we wouldn’t be able to do that without the gracious help of our MANY volunteers.
As our neighbors’ needs continue to grow, so does our need to help them. This year, we anticipate even more volunteering needs as we continue to reach more neighbors with our services.

“If you can’t feed a hundred people, then feed just one.”
~Mother Teresa
The vast majority of the food in our Food Banks is donated from generous neighbors. Through individual donations, food drives, and business partnerships, we are able to meet the needs of Routt County.
We strive to serve healthy, quality food to our neighbors. Our Food Banks accept most food and beverage donations, as long as products have not expired and packages remain unopened.

Here are some items that we love:
- Produce
- Canned goods
- Personal items
- Dental hygiene
- Feminine products
- Infant care
- Garden supplies
- Seeds and starts
- Seeds & seedlings
We also serve 600 snacks daily to kids in Routt County. If you’re interested in donating to the Rocket Pack program, we would love to work together. To make sure kids get the best snacks possible, there are certain guidelines:
- 8g sugar or less
- Must donate at least 50 of the same item (because we
distribute in groups, we want each child in that group to get the
same snack) - Must be individually packaged and not expired or past best by date
Snacks we always love to receive:
- Apples
- Bananas
- Goldfish – individually packaged
- Low sodium chips – individually packaged
- Granola bars
- Fruit snacks
- Pretzels
- Beef Jerky
