"I serve on the Board because LiftUp represents a light of hope and help for our neighbors in Routt County. The Board represents what the world should be like. A group of men and women coming together form various backgrounds, Churches, education, and socio-economic groups to help their brothers and sisters in a time of need."

"My service on the LiftUp Board is grounded in my commitment to provide charitable assistance to people in need while fostering their self-sufficiency. LiftUp's services can really be a lifeline for neighbors to provide food for their families, to stay warm and to stay in their homes. I'm honored to be part of LiftUp's growth into a full circle of giving and receiving!"

"In my daily work, I refer to Lift Up regularly. I could not do what I do without Lift Ups services and partnership. The Yampa Valley is better for the work that Lift Up does."

"LiftUp provides key services in Routt County and I am honored to be a part of the board. In my role at human services, I occasionally run into situations where the programs we have cannot meet the persons needs and I truly value that I can reach out to LiftUp and help problem solve a solution to help someone."

"As a member of the Steamboat Christian Ministerial Association, I am proud to serve on the LiftUp Board of Directors. Almost 25 years ago, several local churches came together, pooled their resources, and started the LiftUp food bank. The prayers and dreams of those churches have been far exceeded by the amazing programs that LiftUp now provides Routt County. Thank God for LiftUp!"

The staff and volunteers are incredible and works diligently to make sure the needs of our community are met through food distribution, clothing, household items, financial assistance and so much more. I am humbled and honored to serve and be a part of this amazing organization."
